The grounds here at Benchmark are nasty ALL THE TIME. The trash over all the time & when it rains the the parking lot area is like a swimming pool and around the stairs you have to step in a pool of water to go up stairs to your apartment. Do not mention anything about the Mgmt staff because since I have been here a year there has been now 5 different Managers. I visited the office two months before my lease was due to renew to see how much my rent would increase and the office staff didn?t know. I had to speak with the Manager who never got back with me.
