Terrible customer service that has driven away a potential loyal customer. I couldn't get help with a product I bought that I wasn't happy with. They wouldn't give me a refund of $25 dollars. I can't believe that a business would have such a poor ethics and vision of their future customer base. Yea for REI!!!! Take a hike BM!!!

Great shop. Emil sold me my first down sleeping bag 25 years or so ago and not long after, my first Thermarest!

Made the mistake of going in there the first time during a big sale. Guy asks me if I've been in before and I say no. Tells me he wants my address so he can come to my house and throw rocks at it. I get that he was joking, but it's not really good business to create an unwelcoming atmosphere for first time customers. Ill go to REI

Customer service....eh. I walked in there and the employees looked at me like I was an alien and the employees were rude when I asked them a simple question. I thought this place was going to be a savior from REI but I guess ill just stick…
