The pictures I found all looked great. Upon arrival I wondered where I went wrong. It was possibly under construction? I couldn't even tell you. The shower curtain was molded. We arrived at hot springs Arkansas on July 4th with no reservations. We lucked out at the b inn where there had been a cancellation. The rooms are themed & we were in the rustic. Room which had the biggest bed have ever seen & it was a log bed. The air conditioner kept us cold in 90 degree weather...

Recently we booked a room here for a short getaway. Before we arrived my wife fell and broke her ankle, requiring us to cancel our arrangements. Even though I cancelled well within the range for a refund it wasn't forthcoming. The room itself was clean. Dishes were dirty. It was only cleaned when we asked. No breakfast. And only ONE CHANNEL ON THE TV! Management was hard to find. Remember, you get what you pay for. Close to the center of town.

This is a 70 year old complex. The history is that the US army took land from local home owners and built housing complexes for soldiers to come rest and recover at hot springs.
So, if the USA army is your architect, you get small and functional lol!
