We bought a $50 chrome razor that did not work since the first time it was used. My husband took it back and store employee said they will not return it because it may be the blade that does not work and they do not have any in stock to replace at this time. She said they only return items in their original condition (not used or opened), but not defected products. OMG what a place!!!!!!

This was a tough one to review. The service was GREAT - Five stars.
