My partner and I moved into these apartments in September 2005. Overall, we have had minial issues living here.

I picked this complex because it has a great location for me to quickly hop on Hwy50 Its not a bad complex at all, the manager definitely cares, and the maintenance guys are pretty awesome. Rancho can be a bad area - but fortunately this one is 'away' from all the madness and in a quiet area so I guess I am lucky! Thats all I wanted in a apartment complex and thats what I got.
