When I received my new couches the leather was torn and the center seat was broken.They sent a guy out to fix it and he did a crap job.The couches then started to fall apart more and the frames broke and the leather discolored.I filed a claim for repair November of 2016 and I still have not got the items fixed.I receaved a call from the manager yesterday and she stated the other damage was...
