Don't blame teachers for a bad company

I am a former employee of The Academy, And I absolutely agree with the other reviews posted.
Administration is poor at best. Situations in the classrooms are not handled fairly and appropriately. Whats worse they do not follow state regulations concerning ratio, or supervision of children.
However don't blame these problems on the teachers. I know the teachers at the academy are focused on...

My 3 year old's "class" has way too many children in my opinion and the workers are not qualified as "teachers". The girl watching a dozen kids in the afternoon is only 17 years old! The Academy was "okay" but I expected more structured activities and teaching than I found. There was also a biting problem in the infant/toddler rooms. My daughter was bitten several times. One of the bites got infected and I had to get her on antibiotics for the infection. When pressed, the teachers and administrators offered no plan solve the problem.
