I have been to this nursery a few times over the past 10 years and never had a problem with the service. It's true, as advertised, that their selection of hanging baskets is gorgeous. My only complaint is that they don't answer the phone- strange! I just called to ask if they have a specific thing, guess I will call another place to try for the info.
