Under new ownership but food still great. We still go often and are always full & happy when we leave.

Didn't even get to try the food. I won a gift certificate from the radio station an once I arrived at the location I was told they would not honor the certificate and talked about people counterfeiting them. I was pretty embarrassed as I was half-heartedly accused of mine being counterfeit (it was not). I decided to not stick around after this. I hope your customer service levels improve or...
