The classy atmosphere makes this eatery suitable for downtown business lunches as well as low-key romantic evenings. A sun-lit atrium garnished with fresh flowers creates the right mood to enjoy cuisine just as light and artful. The menu consists mainly of classics: larb, curry, satay, pad thai and stir-fries, plus a section of chef’s specials heavy on seafood. For weekday lunches, we prefer...

Delicate stir-fries and bold curry dishes are gracefully presented in this downtown restaurant filled with cheery art and sunlight.

Very good!

The steamed spring rolls had almost half a shrimp in each and the requested peanut sauce was not delivered. Very disappointing!

The food from Thai Passion was just okay. They were not accommodating in regards to delivery time and packaging. I would only recommend for small orders (5 or less people).

I got a vermicelli bowl and it was a bit bland. Not the spiciness, that was on point and great, but other flavors were lacking. The eggroll was good and their sweet and sour sauce was unique and tasty. They forgot my peanut sauce, which would have made the vermicelli a lot better.

I know I've just moved here from NY but this was eh thai. Plus I ordered shrimp and got chicken.

You will find outstanding Thai cuisine in this elegant downtown setting. Enjoy its spacious patio area with outdoor lighting. Lunch prices are surprisingly reasonable. The restaurant is more upscale in the evenings. The specialty is Thai Passion Noodles, served with chicken or tofu and vegetables in a mild soy-based sauce.

Tips about this business (6) view all

Where to Sit: The best seat is on the glassed-in patio, between the limestone-walled restaurant and the One American Center office building, where you can enjoy the sunlight and plants in air-conditioned comfort.

Know Before You Go: This is a popular restaurant, so you may have to wait a while to be served or get your check.

What to Drink: Thai iced tea and Thai iced coffee are served with condensed milk, which makes for an unfamiliar--but delicious--taste experience.
