This friendly little place is worth seeking out for its pad-c-u alone (like pad Thai, only better, if that's possible). Yuphin Poonthong Dexter is in the kitchen. Her husband, Paul, also a cook, comes by at the end of the night after another cooking job. He goes around the restaurant greeting customers and telling them proudly, ``My wife's the chef.''
