I used Ryan Wirtz, Texas Tree Guy, May 2011 and very disappointed. Mr. Wirtz told me he was a "Certified Arborist" and would be on sight during the tree trimming. He was not on sight. The men that came cut branches. Every cut was made improperly leaving stumps and deep cut marks on other limbs.
I paid extra to remove the mistletoe and his crew did not remove any mistletoe.

The work they did was fine. They did what they said they would do as far as the work was involved. However, we asked specifically if they would call first and let us know when they were coming over. They never told us when to expect them. And they never called. I have large dogs inside the house and it was tough not having any advanced notice, especially at 9 am.
