The refinance went really well. Ken was very quick with all of the credit check, application process and documents. He was also clear about the closing amount. It all happened very quickly and we're very pleased.
These people are very rude and did not even want to hear what you had to say, and just kept asking over and over, well how much is your credit score, I did not answer and I was told well if its not over 625 then we cant help you. What a joke, call around there are good loan places out there that actually want to help you.
They created all the need paper work and contacted the builders mortgage company. They were fast and took care of business in less than 1 week.
The company took my information over the phone and came up with an interest rate that we could afford. They seems to take a really interest in the financial impact of this purchase for us.
