This company installed a new gas line in my back yard in Nov 2009. It cost 3291.00 and passed inspection. Now in Dec 2014 the gas company has found a leak in same line. Texas Plumbing says it passed inspection when put in and now1 yr warranty is up. No discounts of any kind were offered to dig up line and possibly put a new line in. Nothing happened in the grassy yard above the line in 5 yrs....

Was charged $825.00 to replace a water heater. It did take two trips and about an hour to do. But still.....my lawyer doesn't get paid that much!

Don't get over charged

I called to make an appointment and the service person was on time. Upon arrival I described the issue and he wrote up a quote for over $400. I signed the estimate thinking it would take him several hours to fix the issue. After 30 minutes he left, went to Home Depot to buy $30 worth of PVC and then spent 45 minutes making the repair. In other words MAKE SURE YOU ASK WHAT THE BILLING RATE IS...

Poor customer service, poor workmanship, inflated pricing

never showed up ... i called them on they told me they would be out from 3;30 to 4;00 pm .... then never showed up ..three hours after the time frame they were to be here they called ..told me it would be tomorrow morning around 8 30 /// well here it is ..1;18 pm an still no show ... i recieved a call from another plumbing company that i had been passed off to them ... all the time my doughter...
