Place was great, employees very customer oriented, but don't use their rental car company "Elite", they say they'll bill your insurance, but trust me, they zapped me the day before Thanksgiving and refused to refund my money even though the insurance approved the extra day. Now I'm forced to go through an unnecessary process with my insurance company to get the money back.

Just had my vehicle repairs done here after i was involved in a non fault accident Texas Made Collision made me feel very comfortable with leaving my vehicle there, Staff is very helpful as well they helped me file a claim with the insurance, they also had an on site rental company called Elite Rent A Car the rental car rep was helpful as well. Take your car to be repair on this place this is one of a few collision shop that really know what they are doing plus they help you with insurance communication and help you out with your deductible.
