I called Texas Electronics this morning because I was having issues with my Visio 3D Television. The gentlemen that I talked with was able to trouble shoot me through the problem over the phone. This is the best customer service i ever have. They offer me 18 months warranty parts and labor. They have only original parts and i don't like to use chip parts. We recommend this for everybody who want a good service in their televisions. Call them.

I called to ask about service and Sergio hung up in my face, TWICE! He had a very bad attitude and told me to stop calling his phone and said he doesn't want to do business with me, after I told him I wanted to do business with him. How rude! I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my LIFE! DO NOT go to him!
