Located inside the Antelope Valley Mall , this is one restaurant where you won't have to ask, "Where's the beef?" Texas Cattle Company serves only fresh, Black Canyon Certified Angus Beef. It's selected and aged exclusively for the restaurant, then hand-cut and trimmed, seasoned and char-broiled. But the most glorious part of the process takes place when each steak is brought to the table....

Whether it is our mammoth, hand cut 20oz. Tenderloin Filet or our massive 32oz. Porterhouse, all of our steaks are aged & cooked over a natural wood burning fire! Steaks this good can't be cooked on a flat griddle like some steak...
