I had plenty of friends tell me these guys were the best so I decided to give them a shot....man, I am sure glad I did. They hooked me up with a sick system, they installed it flawlessly, and they delivered the finished result beautifully. Real great group of guys. I assure you they'll take care of you.
The staff was helpful, really friendly and informative. It took a while for me to find a place that still did installations, the majority out there just want to sell you the product and send you on your way. Prices were good, not as cheap as the internet but way cheaper than any other place I called. Plus I worry about warranties and these guys are authorized dealers of what they sell, i even looked em up. They did a great job and ill trust them to work on my car in the future.
......oh yeah, I feel a little nervous buying stuff for my car without my boyfirend with me b/c I dont wanna get taken advantage of, but TX Audios staff made me feel real comfortable. I left happy!
Absolutely loved it. Had an alarm and window tint done on my 2015 Chevy Tahoe. The two young men in the front, Tony and Gio, really went out of their ways to make me feel welcomed and informed. Everything was clean and easy to process. Can't say enough great things about this place. Drove all the way in from Grand Prairie for a remote start alarm on my new Honda. They knew exactly what I needed and explained all the different options before I made a choice. Very friendly, great selection of aftermarket gear for sound systems too. I have not made a choice on upgrading yet but when I do I'll definitely be using Texas Audio.
Can t thank you guys enough. Rolando helped me out with getting a new tire and found a great deal. Excellent customer service, there s no place I d rather have to go after the stress of getting a flat tire.
Just got a system put in my son's truck and it was a great experience. David drew us up a system plan and showed us some different set ups. We put it all together, agreed on the price, and BAM!!, my son was the coolest kid on the block. Great group to work with, prices are great, service is awesome. Definately coming back for more!
Excellent work...I took my new 2012 Buick LaCrosse in too get dual dvd headrests installed and the process couldn't have gone any better. Color match on my biege leather seats was perfect great cost and they even gave me a ride too and from work. I would recommend then to anyone.
