Dropped off our 2012 softaill which had a bad voltage regulator, within 15 minutes new service manager Justin called and said during there check in process the brake lever, shifter linkage and clutch lever all had some kind of problem with them and he ask if we wanted them to do 20000 service with the bike having 18000 miles on it. Drop motorcycle off for factory warrenty work to fix a loss of light during riding.
