I have been a client of Tereza West Insurance Agency for almost 3 years (included renters insurance and car insurance) and always paid my insurance in a timely manner. I used to have an international driver's licence and upon 2.5 years after being with State Farm, Teresa West's office contacted me saying that I had to get a California Drivers Licence. And so I did. And instead of my driver's insurance going down-since I have been an immaculate driver-the agency took the amount of money I used to pay for a 3 month period and informed me (after I caught it) that the same amount of money was...
