I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their company structure put all the power into the agents, or so the 1800 number says so they are the only ones who can correct an error, yet when you talk to them it is that their main office will not let them correct it. They are just not worth the hassle. I should has stayed with progressive.

Have had nothing but hassles from this company. First, the quote I was initially given and paid changed a month later after their underwriter mistakenly recorded that we had an additional accident. After I had to prove it wasn't accurate, all we were given was an apology. After paying $100 more, we were guaranteed it would all be straightened out and credited by the next month. Only to find out...
