On May 4th, Jim Terrell installed a YORK 3 TON unit with Evaporator Coil.
Later another company came to perform Preventive Maintenance on all my units.
Jonathan found the following defects:
1. A 3 ton unit was installed when the original unit was a 2 1/2 unit.
2. The evaporator coil should have had a "piston" or "TXV Valve" installed and it was not.
3. Jim put too much freon in...
