To whom it may concern,

Please do yourself a favor and find another place to live. The poorly trained, disorganized, unresponsive rotating management is sad at best, unprofessional and dishonest at worst. The maintenance department is equally bad as they will use and destroy our own furniture while doing repairs to major appliances and the management staff will demand a receipt for the damage furnishings before they'd replace it, then conveniently lose the report, damage records and documents in your file so future personnel can claim nothing ever happened.
