Dr Frazier is a very sweet and caring man. You can tell he genuinely cares and has a special place in his heart for animals in general. I have not dealt with the staff before, so I can't really say much about them. However, I have dealt with the receptionist who I believe is the docs wife and she is one of the rudest people I have ever met. She us a hateful shrew and the last time I went...

Dr. F and his team are wonderful. I use him mostly for our horses, but he has also treated my dog, and I have zero negative things to say about my experiences! Dr. F is not only excellent with the animals, but also extremely professional and thorough in his work.

I have known lots of veterinarians that will provide services and then never get paid...I can't say I blame them for asking cash these days.
Unfortunately there has been to many people not pay so cash basis unless they have had experience with customers who pay with checks and debit cards and pay their bills. They have to ask for cash or credit card. This is how they make their living.
