The worst. Never showed for appt., never called. No manager ever called me back though I called 4 straight days and was on hold each time for over 20min. Inexcusable.

Terminix makes promises they cannot keep. I was told today that my issue would be escalated and to expect a call back within the hour. Did it happen? NO. I have called 3 times in 24 hours and sent 4 emails, much to my chagrin. Was talked into $1700 heat treatment 7 months ago that did not work. They came back for chemical treatment last month and I still have the issue in the same area. Think I...
