Updating my review to let everyone know that I was contacted through Yelp by the company's customer care. After exchanging a few messages I was put in contact with somone at the local branch who promised to help in future if I ever need anything. I don't know how service will be next time but I appriciate the effort to contact me, apologize, and offer to help.
