I've had numerous excellent experiences with Terminix Associates. They go beyond my expectations on a regular basis. I have Termite service with them for 10 years. I had a termite reinfestation in my master bath, they came out the same day I called and inspected the entire home and found out I had another area as well as bathroom. The service was horrible. They do not show up on their appointment date or time, and they do not call. I had to call to check to see if anyone was still coming to my home. I have been back and fourth on the phone with them for days, and the situation is still not handled. The exterminators do not show up until late and they are not professional. The job is rushed. I signed up with Terminex in 2005 after termites destroyed a section of my exterior. The sales push was hard and unnecessary. The initial bait instillation was $1,530.00, with a $400 annual renewal.
