TruGreen has done a great job of getting my new lawn into great shape this year. They also service my trees and shrubs. Technicians knock on my door and leave pro active communication. Very happy customer!

TruGreen in Memphis, TN is not providing the service I'm paying for; my yard still has weeds; several days ago TruGreen serviced my yard, on the bill it say they put down weed control and treated the entire yard.. They only get one star because I can't give 0 stars....Do not use this company. I have had problems with over charges, mysterious charges, and duplicate treatments. I cancelled my services and was still getting charged for services that were not rendered. It is easier and less expensive to treat your lawn yourself. I will never use this company again!

Trugreen was horrible! After three years of wasting money on every treatment they offered, the grass is gone from my once beautiful lawn and it is as infested with weeds as my neighbor who has no lawn service! Worth it! My lawn has been totally weed free and a lot greener (although we've also had a lot of rain, so I'm sure that helps too). What I really like about TG is that if they miss a spot or if the weeds come back, they're really nice about coming back out to redo the problem area.
