I visited Canon Beach, and I wanted something for my wife. Ter Har's had a great selection. However, when I got home to Ohio, the item did not fit my wife. I called them, returned the item via mail service, and they promptly, sent the bigger size to my wife. Not many business would service sight seeing customers that way.
