Two stars because the girls were nice, but my nails looked better walking in. Services were just mediocre at best.

Bad service

I agree that it is great to be able to have a party there but the customer service is awful and it is almost impossible to get someone to talk with you in person to set up a party. The web info is not comprehensive yet they won't talk to you. We decided to go elsewhere. 18% gratuity plus 5% fee on top of the service is expensive especially when the customer service is SO bad!
