Great venue, had never been to Tempe before. Highly recommend this resort. Walking distance to downtown shops and eateries. Great atmosphere. The weather in February and March is ideal. You can dine outside !!!

Nice, but not great

I expected more for the price. The buildings and grounds are nicely kept. The rooms are pretty standard but not as nice as I would like for that cost. The internet is slow and cuts off. The pool is too cold even for Arizona weather. The TV channel selection is mediocre.

Great rooms, clean hotel, fantastic accomodations

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had a great stay, but the west side of the hotel has restaurants/bars on it so if you are put on that side expect quite a bit of noise until late at night. Once the restarants close it is quiet and peaceful.

Rooms lack adequate soundproofing

The rooms facing the front of the building lack adequate soundproofing. Because the hotel is adjacent to a college campus, there are a number of bars blasting music late into the night. Because the rooms lack adequate soundproofing, you probably won't be able to fall asleep until after 2 am.

Nice hotel, lousy neighbors

This hotel is perfectly pleasant, and the staff very pleasant. There is a neighboring night club, however, that blared music until after 2 AM each night I was there. I had to try to sleep with noise cancelling ear phones. I wouldn't stay again, but if you do, ask for a room at the back and on an upper floor.
