What a NIGHTMARE! First, he walked off the job before completion. Then we learned that the required permits were not obtained from Bay County. Now, we have a company installing a residential elevator and they find wires in the elevator shaft...totally against code.

We contracted with Telford Reynolds to provide 400 Amp service to our new home. He refused to complete the work. Subsequently, we learned that he installed only 200 Amp service and he did not secure the required permits from Bay County.
