Our office worked with Jay who was great initially and did some work for our office. He was easy to work with and seemed to know how to help us.
We had additional needs, and based on our positive experience, called him again to help us out.
While he initially responded positively, he proved to be unresponsive and unreliable. We needed to reconfigure our VOIP, and he told us he had a call into our provider and was waiting back to hear from them.
After a week, and hearing nothing, we called again several times with no response. We had to find another provider.
Bad customer service, promises made but not kept, Install was not done correctly and a promise to come back was not honored.

These folks move like clockwork. Day 1, consultation, in and out in less then an hour, Day 2, the van arrives and three men pop out, they wired my new office with a complete phone system (23 stations), data cabling, routers and an audio & video installation for the conference room and a small Tv for the waiting area. I spent under what I expected to pay and have not needed to call them back for...
