I went to this office for 20 years since my adult children's well baby visits so it was with a heavy heart that I had to request our medical records to go to another doctor. Over the past few years the office has gone progressively down hill and I can see a primary root cause is office management who laughs along with the staff when they are loudly rude to you. Rather than speak to someone with an issue she has one of her rude staff call you back !
I have waited over an hour each of four visits prior to bringing it up to my doctor who said he would have the office manager contact me. She said she researched my 'claims' and although she did see in one case (that day) she found someone who arrived early was let in for a full physical before me and I was on time for my appointment! No apology offered..no.."I will be sure to speak to that person", No "I will reemphasize the importance of" ....nothing. I am a single working mom and don't have time for sitting in doctors offices for hours. I asked for my medical records since noone cared and was charged $35.00 for 20 pages. I questioned this and they were quite loud and rude, all giggling about me in front of the entire crowded waiting room .I wrote to the office manager about this incident hoping to try and 'save' this office so she could be aware of how rude they were. She amswered via a written official letter by saying they were in the right and I was to be charged 50cents a page and $5.00 processing etc... UMmmmmm the POINT was they were nasty loud and rude! She sent me two release forms for my son and daughters records! Pretty much...saying..me and my girls will stick together and they can talk to you anyway they want...let me send you your records and don't let the door hit you in the a@s ! So sad after 20 years... so two months later and I have not yet received my records for my kids. I called twice yesterday and left messages for the office manager. She did not call back by this afternoon and she said she has been busy when I called her again. She said she never received my faxed release forms and now my son was 18 and would have to do his own form. I said I faxed them months ago and wanted my medical records. ..she would research my 'claims' and get back to me. She had one of her rude staff call me back who talked through every word I tried to speak about the manager saying she would take care of my records. This rude woman told me the office manager told her to call me and to charge me in full for every page of every record@ Fine....let me pay my $100. for all the aggravation and embarassment...long waits...lack of concern about nasty treatment and lack of follow through... but I am being sure to warn you. Dr. Carty and Garber are wonderful but it is just not worth it. Drs Carty and Garber if you ever read this...I am so sorry Love you guys! (some of?)Your office staff is out of control!

I've been going to Telegraph Corner now for over 15 years, The front office is iffy and sometimes unprofessional in front of patients. The office could use some sprucing up, paint, some clearning. After you get through the doors there is usually up to 30 min wait, but once I see Dr. Garber all is better.
