I'm sad to say that our family recently had a very bad experience with the service department. Stuff happens and people make mistakes. You can tell the most about a business by how they respond when they've made a mistake. They did not try to make it right. The manager was rude instead of responsive even though we were nice and respectful when bringing the matter to his attention. So we can't...
