Apparently no one works in the service department. Called 4 times in one week, left messages and never got a call back. Great way to do business!

Had my deck installed today. Bill and Jay did an awesome job with the install and were very professional yet pleasant to talk to. Thank you! We love it!

I experienced Great customer service tonight by Glenn. I was expecting to hear I'd need to spend big bucks to get my rather small pool going but thankfully that wasn't the case! I appreciated his candour & his knowledgeable advice! Both he & the Female associate ringing us out ( Beth H) were polite & professional, I'll definitely be returning! Oh p.s, they're having a sale till July 4th! :)

We purchased our Esther Williams pool over 20 years ago from Teddy Bear and have nothing but POSITIVE things to say about this company. Exceptional service. I've been doing business with Teddy Bear Pools since 2007. They always know what my pool requires to keep the water crystal clear and safe for swimming. It's always welcoming to hear them tell me my pool water is perfect prior to opening it up after the long winter.
