Comcast is horrible!! You don't have fair rates and you think you can treat people like crap! The people in the Aberdeen office have always been nice but they can't do much for you anymore. The people on the phone disgust me. I don't know how they can work at a job where they treat people with such disrespect!

1st of all they duped me into paying for home security that i didn't and locked me into a 3 year deal with a $700 fee if terminated.they then began raising my rates after a year knowing i cant cancel without paying the $700 and all of this because i wanted to cancel my home phone service because comcast could never fix my home phone issue
