Worst service...dont bother!

This company is the worst! They don't answer their phones, reply to emails, or show up for appointments! The only reason I gave them 1 start was to be able to write this review. They do warranty work for Lowes... save yourself the time and aggravation and use a different company!

I had service appointment to check on my broken TV. Appointment was set between 8AM to 12 PM. No one arrived or called to mention they are being late, I would not give them another chance!

Great Experience in Fixing Fridge

tech showed up on time, fixed my fridge, gave me good tips to keep it running good - all at a fair price. Very honest and upfront. Recommending tech pro to all my friends! Will totally use this company again if the need arises!!!
