I had an awful experience with Tec Direct. I discussed the urgency for my computer, but after numerous calls to their office, I finally got it back after 2 weeks. I brought my perfectly working laptop in to have my screen and repaired and left with a computer in pieces and no new screen after they had it for 3 1/2 weeks.
