My wife called Teasdale Fenton to have our carpets cleaned today. And although Teasdale Fenton is a great company, the man's name was Swain that did the work. I Teasdale Fenton did a great job of hiring him, he did a great job on my home. And better than his cleaning skills., Was his customer service skills. Excellent job, excellent service, the man's name is Swain!

They forgot to clean a small are of grout and wouldn't come back that day to do it,insisting on charging more money and no guarantee of returning. Be careful on this one not to be ripped off.

I have used TF for emergency water evacuation as well as carpet and upholstery cleaning. They are THE BEST company to work with because they are reasonably priced and are processional. When my water heater leaked, they were at my home within the hour to set up fans after pulling up carpet. The couch they just cleaned looks like it did when I bought it! The cleaning also puffed up the cushions....

On November 2, 2016 I hired Teasdale Fenton to clean carpets at a rental that I moved out of. They were having a special for 5 rooms and a hallway of carpet cleaning for $99.00. I was told they would arrive between 4-6 pm. They began calling me early in the day asking to arrive earlier. I was busy painting at the new home and told them that I was not able to meet them. I had my day scheduled...
