I have ordered 5 times rom this store. They are always very prompt with response and shipments. The tea is awesome and the black flavored tea is the best I've had in my long(aged 65) life. ;-). If you're shopping for tea, it's great!

Several friends told me to visit TeaGswender. I wondered into the Gold Coast shop to have a look. There was more than one empty thermos outside the shop purporting to have some new fangled tea to try. I wasn't able to try any. The staff, while friendly, acted somewhat aloof or too busy and seemed disinterested in introducing the various teas to curious newcomers like myself. The staff was...

Best loose tea around - no place to sit

Best tea in the city, but with no seating and no food it's more of a grocery than a cafe. Sales person said they're opening a full "European Bistro" in Lincoln Park this spring. I'll look forward to that. Their selection and service really is the best I
