not happy with service at this store

I have been in this store from time to time while walking through the mall and everytime there are always 2 workers conversing and totally ignoring me. I stand at the counter very close to the employees and after they finish their lengthy conversation, they ask if I need help. I'm standing right there waiting on you to stop babbling, do I look like I need help?
I guess they pick and choose who they want to wait on. Very stuffy...
