Horrible. Lady at the front desk was extremely rude!! Really, everybody I've ever had to deal with were very rude. They aren't willing to help you and treat you like you're a moron.

The service at this store is hit and miss at best. Over the years, I have bought different pieces of lawn mower equipment at this family owned store. I spent over $8000 at this place to start a new lawn business. My zero turn had defective hydro gear transaxles. I have owned the mower for less than two months and at this point the mower has been in their pocession for a six weeks. For a month since I had to take it in for the third time.
Do not purchase anything from these guys. They have dropped the ball at every turn. Go to Livingston, JVG...
