Tax Relief ASAP

They asked me for a large retainer with a quarter of the balance left.I attempted to contact them and never received a response.I understand that they moved our under a another name since may 12 ,2010.does anyone have any information on them like a class action law suit or some other contact information.this was done took me two years ago.thanks.(((REDACTED)))@yahoo.com

I paid them a $9,000 retainer to help with my tax issues.  I was told they would help me to either negotiate a more manageable payment arrangement with the IRS, or to help to reduce the amount I owe.  They were in the midst of negotiating with the IRS when they were taken over, and I am out $9,000.  I would be interested in being a part of the class-action suit and anything else I can do for...

The issue is very detailed, but many have the same story.
