Dr.Jackson is smart (very smart) and nimble--two attributes that are extremely important in this field! But, in addition, she is a lovely, compassionate person. Her staff follows her lead--they all are just so nice. I don't take novacaine for dental procedures and always confident that she won't hurt me--and she never does.
