We eat at PF Changs at least 3 - 4 times a month and have never had a bad experience. You can select the standard chinese faire (sweet and sour shrimp, fried rice, etc.) but we recommend you try something new. We had been to PF Chang restaurants elsewhere, so we were looking forward to our first visit to this one in Richmond with our friends. My husband & I have dined here for lunch and dinner. Both experiences were outstanding. The wait staff was attentive and the food was outstanding. The atmosphere was clean and fresh !

While I love the lettuce wraps as much as anybody, the rest of the menu is the same basic stuff that you find in any neighborhood chinese resraurant - only way more expensive.
