Very hard to get any customer service, it's actually uncomfortable walking in there. Nobody talks or says hello...Very weird. They do have a good variety of fish but it's priced higher than...

Because the Ventura location closed, we've been reluctantly going to the Thousand Oaks store. This time was our last time. As other reviewers have said, it is practically impossible to get help....
