Why is it that when I walk in here it doesn't appear to be well lit? The Target near Golden Valley doesn't seem to have this issue.

Been going to this location for years now.. They are always mostly out of stock on most of their items. Decent customer service, the store needs to be more cleaner & more organized... I think...
