I had to wait quite a long time before being seen, about 30 minutes after my appointment time, but once I was in with doctor she was very thorough and friendly. Everything went smoothly!

I have been using them for 6 years. I use bifocal progressive lens and they way the cut it is the best for me. The ones I tried from other companies gave me a headache. Their pricing on the lens are a little higher. I would use them again in the future.
