Seems usually very busy...Which would indicate something is going right ..until you get to the checkout .8, 10,12 or more people deep, with only 2 clerks ..and customer service has 3-5 people...

Don't bother trying to get through to customer service over the phone. On 2 separate occasions, I've called the store to speak to customer service either about an item missing from my order...

I am so tired of the scrappy cu as tomer service and all the Cvs stores. Pharmacy is the worst. There rude dont they to help. target should get ride of them.
